Yes! It was so much fun to play around 😊 I like to use a brush like the one called "Drybrush" and set it to a grey tone for sketching. It makes it feel a bit more like a sketch book in my opinion, hope that helps! 🙌

Great question! I think illustrations are best used as a way to add more interest to places like packaging, as website icons or for social media 😊 Essentially anywhere you feel like the design could use a bit more character but photos are not enough if that makes sense. If they are very topical and describe something in the text, having them as a way to emphasise web copy can also be great! I hope that helps :)

I'm so glad you enjoyed it! 😊 It really is helpful. We attended local events for creatives and just focused on getting to know people, maybe grabbing a coffee the day after with one or two. If we had a project and were able to bring someone else in, we made sure to create a joint process and get to know each other 😊 I'm sure you will find lots of creative friends and our community is always a great place to start!

Just a question though, may I know how you came up with the keywords like cottage core? That's one of my weaknesses. I mean finding keywords is one of my weaknesses.

Oh I'm so happy to hear that! :) We are actually making a course on creating brand concepts that will come out at the end of August! I'll make sure to share it here in the community. In both Pinterest trends and Google trends, you can see related keywords. This is a great way to come up with ideas for keywords. You can start with something more simple based on the client's business and go from there. Looking at competitor social media accounts and which hashtags they use is a great way to find good keywords :) I hope that helps!

Hi! I have not been able to improve images that way. If I have an image that is a bit too blurry/low quality, I usually try to make it a smaller part of the design or find an alternative. If your client really wants a specific picture, you can show them how it will look and explain why a sharper image would be a better idea :)
